Austin Gunn - Tenor and Teacher of Singing
Austin studied at the Royal College of Music, Royal Northern College of Music and in Brussels with the director of European Opera Lab. He is a member of the British Voice Association and various musical organisations. As well as being a professional performer Austin teaches at the Northern Music Centre and privately. Over the past few years Austin has contributed articles on singing to many websites and in his role as Vocal Consultant to the Singers UK website has advised and shared thoughts with professional performers, teachers and hobby singers from all over the world. Currently, Austin's students are performing roles in opera, oratorio, and musical theatre and gaining entry to the Royal Schools of Music.
